Privacy notice
What we collect, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Processing is under Republic Act 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
What we collect
Account details you give us: name, email, mobile number and the role you register as. Activity we record: searches, saved buildings, enquiries you send, reviews you write, and the pages you open.
Payment details are handled by the payment provider. We store the last four digits and the expiry so you can recognise the method, never the full number.
Why we hold it
To run the account and the alerts you asked for, to route enquiries to the broker on the unit, to moderate content, to measure how surfaces perform, and to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your contact details to brokers. A broker sees your name and the contact detail you chose to give, on the enquiry you sent them.
Who sees it
The broker or developer desk on the unit you enquire about. Our payment, email and hosting providers, under contract and only to run the service. Authorities where the law requires it.
Reviews are published with your badge and residence period, never your email address or your full name unless you put it in the text yourself.
Your rights under RA 10173
You may ask what we hold, correct it, object to processing, ask for a copy in a portable form, or ask us to delete it. Write to the Data Protection Officer and we answer within fifteen days.
Deleting an account removes your saved data and anonymises your reviews; it does not retract enquiries already sent to a broker.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as the account is open, then two years. Enquiries for three years, which is how long a transaction dispute usually takes to surface. Logs for one year.
Aggregated market figures that cannot identify you are kept indefinitely.
