Terms of use
The rules for using Condo Atlas, for buyers and renters as well as brokers and developers. Plain wording, because you should be able to read them.
Using the directory
Condo Atlas is a directory and a marketplace. We publish building facts, listings, reviews and market aggregates. We are not a party to any sale or lease, we do not hold deposits, and we do not act as your broker.
You may browse without an account. An account is needed to save searches, send enquiries, write reviews or list units.
Accuracy and verification
Every building fact carries a status: verified by us, stated by the developer, or unverified. Verified means we checked it against a document or a public filing on the date shown. Nothing on the site is a valuation, a survey or legal advice.
Prices move and listings go stale. Confirm the current price, the dues and the title status with the seller before you commit to anything.
Listings and broker conduct
Brokers must hold a current PRC licence to carry the verified badge, must list only units they are authorised to market, and must quote the price they will transact at. Bait pricing, duplicate listings and stock photography on completed stock are removed.
Owner-direct listings are identity-checked but not licensed, and are labelled as such throughout.
Reviews
Reviews are first-hand accounts from people who lived in the building. They are moderated against published rules before they appear. Developers and management may reply in public; they cannot buy, reorder or remove a review.
We remove reviews that name individuals, repeat second-hand claims, or exist to promote or attack a business.
Plans and payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your saved data; premium analytics views lock rather than disappear.
Prices are in Philippine pesos and include applicable taxes where shown.
Liability
We take care with the data and correct it when it is wrong. We do not warrant that every figure is complete or current, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
These terms are governed by Philippine law.
