Questions people actually ask

Is Condo Atlas free for buyers and renters?

Yes. Browsing, saving buildings, sending enquiries and up to two saved searches are free. Premium unlocks full price history, per-building price per sqm, yield estimates and unlimited alerts.

How do you verify brokers?

We check each broker's PRC licence number against the Professional Regulation Commission register before the verified badge appears. Owner-direct listings are identity-checked but not licensed, and are labelled as such.

Where does your price data come from?

Asking prices come from live listings; historical and per-sqm figures are aggregated from transactions, developer price lists and broker submissions. Any figure we could not independently confirm is marked as unverified.

Can I cancel Premium and keep my saved data?

Yes. Saved condos, listings, comparisons and searches stay on your account. Searches beyond the free limit of two are paused rather than deleted, and you choose which two remain active.

How do I report a wrong or fake listing?

Use the report link on the listing page. It routes straight to our trust and safety queue, and duplicate or misleading listings are removed within 48 hours of confirmation.

Do you cover cities outside Metro Manila?

We cover Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao today, with Iloilo and Pampanga in progress. Set a saved search for a city we do not yet cover and we will alert you when it opens.
